Better Dating Photos is an AI dating photo and profile picture service. You upload a source photo, choose photo styles, and generate images for Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, social profiles, or other lawful personal profile use.
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, refinements, and use cases you submit. You may only upload photos you own, photos of yourself, or photos you have clear permission to use.
You may not use Better Dating Photos to upload, request, generate, edit, publish, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
You may not create sexualized content involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18, non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, sexual harassment, exploitation, or content intended to humiliate, threaten, impersonate, or abuse another person.
You may not use source photos, style requests, prompt refinements, face swaps, or other workarounds to place a real person into sexual, nude, intimate, violent, deceptive, or otherwise abusive scenes.
You may not use Better Dating Photos to impersonate another person, mislead someone about who you are, create fake dating accounts, or generate images that materially change your age, body, identity, or real-world appearance.
We may block requests, remove outputs from normal product views, suspend accounts, refuse service, or preserve limited records when content appears to violate these restrictions or applicable law.
Generated photos may vary from the uploaded source photo. Review every output before you use, publish, or share it.
Do not present generated photos as official identity documents, government records, regulated credentials, factual evidence of events, or proof that a person appeared somewhere they did not appear.
You can use generated photos for dating profiles, social profiles, creator profiles, and personal profile use, provided your use follows these terms, app rules, and applicable law.
Better Dating Photos does not guarantee matches, messages, dates, app acceptance, ranking changes, or any dating outcome.
New accounts may receive starter credits. Purchased credits are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
Credits are deducted when a generation job starts. If a service or provider failure prevents output delivery, credits may be refunded automatically to your account balance.
Refund requests for purchased credits are reviewed through support at support@betterdatingphotos.com. Refunds may be limited or unavailable when credits have already been used, reversed by a payment provider, or connected to abusive use.
Uploaded source photos and generated outputs are used to provide the dating photo generation service. You can remove source images and generated outputs from normal product views.
Some account, payment, credit ledger, security, and abuse-prevention records may remain where needed for operational, legal, accounting, or dispute reasons.

AI generation can fail, take longer than expected, or produce unusable results. We work to make the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every output will be suitable for every use case.
We may update styles, credit costs, provider infrastructure, checkout behavior, and product features as the service evolves.
